Why people say that we should avoid eating chicken in cheap restaurants?

It is recommended not to eat non-veg. food items, especially chicken in a cheap or very low cost restaurants. As we all know that these dead flesh are required to keep in a proper low temperature environment as well as we need to take proper care for cooking non-veg items and all these costs time and money which you can't expect from a cheap restaurant.
Secondly, you never know whether how healthy, non veg food is being cooked by they cook, some restaurants mix other flesh items to increase the quantity of chicken and make more profit out of it and sometimes it is unhealthy.
