It was first experienced in the mid 18 century during the British rule in India. This theory was attributed to “Dadabhai Naoroji” who was a Parsi educator, cotton trader and intellectual. He is responsible for the drainage of the Indian wealth to England in early 1860s. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google plus Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerCancel replyYou must login or register to add a new answer.
